80 DAY OBSESSION - DAY 3

DAY 3
CARDIO CORE

You ever have one of those days where you just shouldn't have gotten out of bed? That's been my day.

Forgot to set my alarms last night, but still managed to wake up around 9:00AM.

Closer to 9:30AM, I headed upstairs for breakfast. I'd planned on making 2 eggs instead of 1 to boost my calories a little, I've had a couple hundred to spare lately.

Before I even get the eggs out of the fridge, Mom says she's craving soup and a sandwich and wants to go to Ted's for lunch. Not wanting her to go alone because she would, I did some food math and figured out it wold be alright.

8- Day Obsession Core Cardio turned into Supreme 90 Day Challenge Core Dynamics because the internet wasn't cooperating and I have 90-Days DVDs.

I've done this workout a thousand times, but I feel like I got more out of it today. Tom works me a lot harder than Autumn, but she's much ore casual. With 90 Days, you immediately feel the effects go the workout. 80 Days is lighter, so it takes some time to feel it, but OH, do you feel it!

I was dizzier than I had been after previous workouts, completely forgot my vestibular PT, took a shower, dried my hair and got ready for lunch...after sending 15 minutes laying on the living room floor, exhausted and off balance. I'm so glad Mom was driving!

At Ted's I wasn't much for conversation. Mom talked to me, though, which was nice. I was just too tired. I started feeling a little better after finishing my chocolate chip pancake, even toyed with the idea of hiking a little this afternoon. That changed the second I got out of the car at home. Too dizzy to drive or walk. Perfect.

So, I changed into warm black cat Halloween pants and my pullover hoodie to earth for the Halloween series on Xfinity. I found every movie, courtesy of AMC, but Mom wanted to watch the new Dr. Phil first.

That's when my bowels made plans of their own. I haven't had to run to the bathroom in a long time, even longer that I thought I wasn't going to make it.... I got there in time, and sure enough: diarrhea. I blame my period that I shouldn't have in the first place. For one thing: I just had it a week ago, and two: I'm on birth control and before enow I haven't had it since JUNE!

WTF!?

Usually when my body betrays me like this, I retreat to my bedroom, calling a day and giving up for a while. Which is exactly what I did. I fell asleep to NCIS and woke up here hours later, just in time to finish off the classic Halloween movies. I'd watched the first one the other day with my brother and the third one sucks. I marathoned 2, 4 and 5, with dinner in between, before going to bed around 12:30AM.
