80 DAY OBSESSION - DAY 6


DAY 6
CARDIO FLOW

Daylight Savings really worked out for me! I went to bed at 2:00AM again, and got up at 10:00AM after a restless sleep, having woken up at 5:00AM with trouble going back to sleep and waking up every couple hours. Weird dreams. Continuations every time I woke up and fell back to sleep.

At 10:00AM, I was surprisingly rested, and had breakfast at 11:00AM. I know the workout schedules says to wait an hour, but I haven't followed that so far and wanted to save the workout for Monday as it was. So, I got right to it and actually enjoyed it. I missed the workout yesterday.

Today was about endurance, and I made it through without stopping; surprising myself with the moves I could accomplish.

When the moves started switches faster towards the end, I wasn't preforming as well as I'd like, missing the count and thinking I could't do it. That's whenAutumn started with the pep talk, encouraging me to keep going, that even if I think I can't do it, I can. To much myself to make it through. And the next round: I did.

She also mentioned that during the first week of any new workout, it's normal to feel groggy and lethargic. I spent most of last week napping in the middle of the day. That tiredness went away after Leg day, but so did my period. Coincidence? I'm not sure, but both could be a factor. Point is, I feel much better this week and hope it continues.

I've lost 4lbs and I'm still working on sticking to a schedule. I rearranged the one I'd created for myself to better suit what I feel I can accomplish, with my therapist's recommended 16-Hour Fast, eating only between 11:00AM and 7:00PM.
